As an internal IT supporter, you will be an important part of a competent, helpful, and humorous IT team. You will be based in Jönköping and work at our unit in Jönköping and in Kumla. You will also have close collaboration with our Danish IT team and your immediate manager in Denmark.

You will have great freedom in how you solve your tasks and the opportunity to drive your own initiatives and projects. With us, classic IT solutions are combined with modern technology, giving you the chance to develop both professionally and personally.

Travel to Denmark occurs about 1–3 days per month, mainly in connection with training and collaboration.

• Provide support to users, both on-site and remotely
• Prepare, configure, and deliver IT equipment
• Operation, maintenance, and optimization of networks and infrastructure
• System administration and monitoring
• Participate in and drive smaller IT projects
• Collaborate with Danish colleagues and contribute to our joint IT strategy

To thrive and succeed in the role of IT supporter, we believe you are a person who combines technical competence with a genuine interest in service and collaboration. You like to have order and structure, but you are also flexible when needed, and you have the ability to see solutions where others see problems.

• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and network infrastructure
• Familiarity with Active Directory and IT security
• Be structured, solution-oriented, and have a good overview
• Communicate clearly and professionally – in Swedish and English
• Thrive in an international environment and are willing to take initiative and responsibility
