Working as a Tester for our Client  Your excellent problem-solving skills will be crucial for troubleshooting issues during testing and ensuring they are resolved efficiently. 

You need a keen eye to spot small inconsistencies or bugs in software behavior and understand how they can affect the overall system. Accuracy is essential. Strong communication and collaboration skills are a must, as you will report on testing progress, explain test results, and recommend improvements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Your ability to work well in team environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams will be highly valuable. Finally, you need to manage your time effectively and ensure that testing activities are completed on schedule without compromising quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing activities from a system testing perspective and represent the team in project meetings.
• Plan and coordinate testing across multiple teams, in line with project goals.
• Perform manual and automated testing on our client's product, primarily outdoors.
• Provide regular reports on testing progress, results, and issues, as well as offer analysis and recommendations for improvements.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and strategies.
• Travel to test sites and internationally to conduct on-site testing and collaborate with teams in various locations.

You will be coached by a consultant manager at Nexer Tech Talent. As a consultant with us, you will be well taken care of and often invited to joint activities such as lectures, afterworks, and lunch meetings. 

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 3 years of experience in system testing. 
• Experience in testing Bluetooth and Wifi communication as well as perception testing.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Good knowledge of various testing techniques, such as black-box testing, white-box testing, regression testing, etc.
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Very good skills in Swedish and English
