Are you a structured and communicative project manager who thrives in technology-intensive environments? We are now looking for a Sub-Project Manager / Project Planning Coordinator for an exciting and long-term assignment in Huskvarna! Here you will have the opportunity to drive sub-projects, plan and coordinate work between several technology and development teams within a larger project.

About the assignment

In the role of Sub-Project Manager / Project Planning Coordinator, you will be a key person in the project organization. You will be responsible for management and planning within a defined sub-project and act as the link between team leaders, system engineers, and project management. Your focus will be on creating structure, driving progress, and ensuring clear communication throughout the project.

Examples of tasks: Coordinate software teams and plan SW-related activities Support the system engineering team in planning, visualization, and follow-up Maintain dialogue and check-ins with the client regarding timelines and deliveries Contribute to overall planning and report status to project management

Your profile

We are looking for someone with documented experience in project management in larger and complex development projects. You are used to working in technology-driven environments and have an understanding of both software and system development.

We would like you to have experience in:

• Project management with responsibility for larger/complex projects

• Agile project management (preferably SAFe)

• Change management

• IT and software development projects

Certification in project management is not a requirement – but relevant experience should be verifiable through previous assignments.
