The role of functional consultant is broad, and here you will work closely with the business. Your tasks may include system customizations, developing solution proposals, configuration, or otherwise helping businesses move forward. Often, we also work in a holistic delivery together with colleagues from Sopra Steria.

About You

You are accustomed to working within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and enjoy creating value for the customer. You have the ability to understand business needs and like to work closely with operations.

• At least 4 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE
• Ability to configure in Dynamics 365 CRM (create tables, views, forms, etc.)
• Experience with services within Power Platform (low-code solutions based on Power Apps and Power Automate)
• Experience and/or interest in working with Copilot Studio
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
