Are you at the beginning of your career and looking to take the next step in project management in a technical and production-oriented environment? We are now seeking a junior project leader with drive, structure, and a strong interest in leading people and processes towards common goals.

About the role

As a project leader, you will have overall responsibility for the production aspects of a larger customer project. You will drive the work forward at a high level and ensure that the project delivers according to set goals regarding time, cost, and quality.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning activities and deliveries in the sub-project 

• Managing delegated budget responsibilities and monitoring costs 

• Ensuring that any deviations are handled and reported

• Contributing to the development of new working methods and improvements in production

• Conducting risk analyses and coordinating Lessons Learned

• Communicating status and progress to various stakeholders

You will have many points of contact, including line managers, product program managers, and customer project managers.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a completed engineering degree and approximately 1-3 years of experience in a technical role, preferably within production, project management, or industry.

Practical details:

- Scope: The position is full-time, 100%

- Location: Work will take place on-site in Stockholm. - Assignment period: December 1, 2025, to September 30, 2026, with very good opportunities for extension.
