We are over 30 employees and have approximately 17,000 registered patients. The health center is operated independently on behalf of Region Stockholm. Job Description

To meet an increased patient flow, we are looking for you who are a district nurse or nurse, preferably with prescribing rights, for work both at the clinic and in home care.

• Clinic: clinic visits, telephone advice, and triage as well as other usual tasks at a health center.
• Home care: we are responsible for about 100 registered patients distributed across six districts. The work is carried out in teams together with doctors, district nurses, and nursing assistants.

Qualifications

• Licensed district nurse or nurse, preferably with a few years of experience.
• Experience from primary care, both clinic and home care, is an advantage.
• You are confident in your professional role, self-driven, and at the same time a team player.
• You can independently plan, prioritize, and make decisions with patient safety in focus.
• You have good communication skills, are flexible, solution-oriented, and contribute to a good working environment.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.
• A valid driver's license (B) is required.
• Knowledge of the medical record system TakeCare and the telephone system MBX is an advantage.

Employment Type

• Permanent position, full-time (100%).
• A six-month probationary period applies.
• Immediate start or according to agreement.
