Here, a knowledgeable team of specialists in general medicine works alongside ST doctors and AT doctors.
We have a wonderful camaraderie and plenty of laughter over morning coffee and lunch. We are looking for someone who is passionate about general medicine and views the breadth of the specialty with curiosity and enthusiasm.
Brommaplan Health Center is centrally located in the western suburbs, with the subway as our nearest neighbor and great bike paths leading into the city and to other nearby suburbs. We are a large health center with approximately 20,000 registered patients who visit us for acute issues as well as for planned visits. We have the opportunity to meet patients both physically and via video. At the health center, there is a large psychosocial team providing treatment, both individually and in groups, and the health center has an extended mandate for children and youth. Our experienced rehabilitation coordinator is also part of the team and provides significant support in the doctors' work. There is a stable group of district nurses at the health center who staff the diabetes clinic, asthma-COPD clinic, and manage wound care. Every day, a specialist doctor is available for consultation and support to colleagues, which provides a great opportunity for support at the beginning of your employment with us.
As a doctor with us, you will have the opportunity to follow your patients throughout their lives. You will meet patients seeking help for acute issues as well as for scheduled appointments. Each week, there are times in the schedule that you can book yourself to follow up with the patients you meet. Every week, there is dedicated time for supervision followed by administrative time. We are committed to ensuring you have a stable and secure start in your professional life and will adjust the schedule according to your needs. You can read more about us at Brommaplan Health Center.
