Occupational Therapist Wanted at Dalen Hospital

We are located at Dalen Hospital in Enskede with good communication via both subway and bus.
We are part of SLSO, Stockholm County's healthcare area, and together with the units in Södermalm, Farsta, and Högdalen, we are tasked with providing primary care rehabilitation. We have occupational therapists, dietitians, physiotherapists, chiropractors, speech therapists, social workers, and administrative staff. In total, we are about 130 employees! Here at Dalen, over 30 people work, of which 8 are occupational therapists.
Job Responsibilities:
The current position is primarily within home rehabilitation in a team with a physiotherapist. Home visits also occur, as well as visits to the assistive technology center. If you have interest and competence, work at our clinic may also be an option, e.g., for memory assessments, structural support, activity ability assessments, or motor assessments for children.
As an occupational therapist in primary care, you will meet patients of all ages with a wide variety of diagnoses, functional, and activity impairments. No day is the same!

Qualifications:
- Licensed occupational therapist with a bachelor's degree.
- Preferably experience working in primary care, work ability assessments, memory assessments, and/or structural support.
- Driver's license required as home visits are usually conducted with our cars.

Employment Type:
Permanent, full-time 40 hours/week with flexible working hours. Start date February 2026 or by agreement. A probationary period may apply.

- Employees who will have patient contact must undergo a pre-employment health examination, according to applicable directives, which is done through occupational health services before employment.
- In addition to Swedish professional certification, good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) is required. The same requirements apply to non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
