About Villa Rosstorp

Villa Rosstorp is located near Rönninge center in a leafy residential area. We have 61 apartments spread across 6 departments with different focuses: dementia, somatics, and psychogeriatrics. Two of the departments are short-term care units for dementia and somatics. We offer individually tailored care with heart, integrity, and choice.

•  We are a dementia-certified residence, meaning that everyone who works here is trained in dementia and interaction through Vardaga's Dementia Academy.
•  We apply a needs-based wish schedule. This means that you as an employee have the opportunity to influence your own working hours based on needs and preferences.
•  We collaborate with the company Ung Omsorg. This means that a team of youths aged 14-18 visits us on weekends and holidays. Ung Omsorg organizes various activities to enhance the quality of life for our residents.
•  You have a team leader who works closely with you in the operation. Becoming a team leader can also be a career opportunity for you as a nursing assistant.

As a nursing assistant, you are incredibly important!

Your task is to provide quality of life. With your help, our residents can maintain their lifestyle and habits. You see each person and interpret what they need. At the same time, you learn a lot about care, aging, and how to interact with people. You are closest to the resident and thus have a key role in the team with the nurse, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist. You also participate in care planning and write social documentation.

Your experience and knowledge

We prefer that you are a trained nursing assistant and have worked a few years in elderly care. Good computer skills and experience in documentation are also advantageous. Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important. If you share our values and have the right qualities, we will provide you with support and opportunities to grow.
