Stockholm Center for Eating Disorders (SCÄ) is one of the largest specialist clinics in the world for patients with eating disorders and receives patients of all ages. We have a well-developed operation with digital care, outpatient care, intensive outpatient care, day care, full-day care, and nationally specialized care for both adults, children, and adolescents. Today we have nearly 280 employees. Our outpatient and day care is located in Södermalm and our full-day care at Danderyd Hospital.

Full-day care for children and adolescents has space for 12 families with a treatment period of 6-10 weeks. Family work plays a central role in the treatment where parents are strengthened in their parental role and gain increased knowledge about the eating disorder. Parents are present with their children throughout the treatment period. Here, you work closely in a team with nurses, nursing assistants, psychiatrists, dietitians, and social workers. FBT plays a very central role in the treatment.

Do you want to work with and learn more about patients with eating disorders? We offer you as a trained nursing assistant a stimulating and pleasant workplace where we have the patient at the center. You will receive training in our treatment methods as well as regular supervision. We are committed teams with high competence and we strive to provide patients with the best care. Every week, families have the opportunity to meet a Participation Coordinator and we have a close collaboration with the patient association Frisk och Fri. Job Responsibilities:

As a nurse with us, you will lead the nursing work around our patients, which means planning and executing nursing measures. The psychiatric care focuses on meal support, anxiety management, and daily conversations. Other tasks include medication administration, somatic examinations, and delegations.

Intermittent employment (part-time)
Shift work with good working hours

Qualifications:

You are a licensed nurse, preferably with previous experience, or a strong interest in working within psychiatric care and/or care for patients with eating disorders. Previous experience working in psychiatry and with patients with eating disorders is meritorious, as well as knowledge of the TakeCare journal system.
