The work as a specialist in general medicine with us involves the investigation and treatment of patients in the clinic and in our home healthcare. Patient work is conducted in interdisciplinary teams where we collaborate based on the patient's needs. The working method is well established, and cooperation between professions works very well. We have come a long way on our digitalization journey, which we have noticed benefits both patients and employees. This means, in practice, that alongside physical visits, we also work with chat and video consultations. The position also includes supervision of our AT doctors, ST doctors, and medical students.

We are looking for someone who is a trained specialist in general medicine and has experience working in primary care. As a person, you are clear, secure in your profession, and have good organizational skills. We place great importance on personal suitability, where collaboration skills and a good attitude are important traits.

For permanent positions, we always apply a six-month probationary period first.
