AtrimusRx AB is a Swedish pharmaceutical company licensed for wholesale and pharmacy operations. The company focuses on the procurement and distribution of licensed pharmaceuticals to pharmacies, healthcare providers, and the health care system in Sweden, particularly in situations involving drug shortages and out-of-stock medications.

The operations are conducted in close collaboration with international suppliers and manufacturers and involve handling pharmaceuticals in accordance with applicable legislation and regulatory requirements. The work is characterized by high demands on quality, traceability, delivery precision, and compliance.

AtrimusRx operates from Sollentuna and works daily with pharmaceutical supply in situations where availability, correct handling, and time-critical decisions are crucial.

About the position

The position involves working in a fast-paced environment with a continuously high workload. Handling of licensed pharmaceuticals often occurs under time pressure and requires accurate assessment of availability, lead times, and alternative solutions.

The role includes responsibility for multiple parallel processes with ongoing inflow of cases, where correct prioritization, decision-making, and delivery precision are essential. The work is conducted within clear regulatory frameworks and places high demands on structure, accuracy, and independent responsibility.

Responsibilities and tasks

  • Procurement and import of licensed pharmaceuticals
  • Independent handling of licensing cases, from inquiry to delivery
  • Ongoing contact with pharmacies, prescribers, and healthcare providers
  • Communication and follow-up with foreign suppliers and manufacturers
  • Assessment of availability, lead times, and alternative solutions
  • Handling of issues regarding quality, documentation, and delivery

Other administrative tasks may occur.

We offer you varied tasks and constantly new challenges in a company in strong development. The position is located in Sollentuna, Stockholm.

Employment conditions

Full-time employment. 40 hours/week.

Fixed working hours 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Remote work is not applicable.

The salary range is between 30-35 tkr/month.

A criminal record check will be requested.

Qualifications

You have a university degree of at least 120 credits/180 ECTS with a focus on pharmacy. You have at least one year of experience in a similar position or from a pharmacy or pharmaceutical industry.

As a person, you are meticulous, independent, driven, and have the ability to see the big picture. You are solution-oriented and communicative and want to contribute to the development of AtrimusRx's services and support for Swedish pharmacies and prescribers.
