We are now looking for a licensed occupational therapist to join our wonderful team at Special Housing (SÄBO) and Short-term Departments.

About the position

As an occupational therapist with us, you will be part of a larger rehabilitation unit based in central Norrtälje, while your physical workplace will be at one of Tiohundra's SÄBO or short-term departments located around Norrtälje municipality. You will work closely with both residents and colleagues in a cross-professional team and have the opportunity to work both in SÄBO and the short-term departments, providing a varied and stimulating workday.

Several of our employees have shared positions between different operational areas, creating variation and good development opportunities based on your interests. The position is full-time and scheduled during the day from Monday to Friday.

Your responsibilities include:

• Documenting in Take Care.
• Conducting assessments.
• Implementing training interventions.
• Guiding staff working in the residence.
• Prescribing aids.
• Making home visits to short-term patients and collaborating with the rehab team to facilitate a safe transition back home.
• Working rehabilitatively and supportively together with physiotherapists, nurses, and care staff to create the best possible conditions for our elderly.

About you

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed occupational therapist.
• Has a B driver's license for manual transmission and good driving experience.

It is an advantage if you also have:

• Experience in the profession.
