Summer Job as a Substitute in the Alarm Patrol

Are you ready to take your summer job to the next level? Our alarm patrol is now looking for substitutes for the summer!

Support in ordinary housing is one of the areas within the department for the elderly and people with disabilities, tasked with providing support and assistance to elderly individuals. Units included in Support in Ordinary Housing are home care, night and alarm patrol, safe homecoming, and a dementia team. We have about 600 employed nursing assistants and caregivers. Together, we work to provide our customers with the best care and service.

The alarm patrol performs services for users both over and under 65 years old throughout Järfälla municipality. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is ready to jump in the car and work extra days and evenings based on the needs of the operation. Does this sound interesting to you? Read on!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The alarm patrol assists our residents in emergency situations (but not medical care). This can be when a person needs help that cannot wait for home care, relatives, or someone else to arrive. Work in the alarm patrol is varied and requires the ability to switch between active work with users and handling administrative tasks. Examples of administrative tasks that may occur include social documentation, key management, installing and deactivating alarms, emailing/calling assistance assessors, and ordering camera installations for e-monitoring. The job involves a lot of contact with assistance assessors and the Security Center, as well as collaboration and communication with other providers such as Night Patrol, Home Care, Safe Homecoming, Social Emergency Services, and Police.

In the alarm patrol, we work together towards common goals, based on established routines, laws, and regulations for the safety of users. The alarm patrol shares the premises with the team from Night Patrol and Home Care Self-Managed, and collaboration between work groups occurs daily.

The summer schedule is set between June-August, and you need to be able to work at least 6-8 weeks during this period. Introduction takes place continuously before the summer, and we would like you to start working as a substitute before the summer begins to get acquainted with the operation.
