About the Position

The work involves tasks as a nurse. In the unit, you will work with patients who live in the nursing home or stay in short-term care. Working hours are scheduled for days/evenings or nights. Possible placements are during the day: Norrtälje (Ängsgården and/or Eneberg), Hallstavik (Kristinagården and/or August Jansgården), Rimbo (Birgittagården and/or Bergshyddan), Älmsta or Blidö. For evening and night shifts, nurses will start from Eneberg in Norrtälje. Movement between different units, especially on weekends, evenings, and nights, requires a B driver's license.

We are looking for substitutes during the period of June - August, part-time/full-time. We offer an introductory training and work clothes.

Your Tasks Include:

• Medical assessments
• Rounds with doctors
• Medication management
• Supervising nursing staff

About You

For this position, you need:

• Licensed nurse
• B driver's license

It is an advantage if you also have:

• Experience from nursing homes/home care/geriatric care
• Previously worked in Take Care, Appva, and Pascall

As you will be replacing regular staff, we see that you are self-sufficient and can ask for help when needed. We expect you to have good collaboration skills as the team consists of various professions and personalities. In challenging situations, you remain calm, stable, and controlled while focusing on the right things. Flexibility and clarity are also abilities you should have, as you lead nursing staff and work in direct contact with patients.
