Experience with the systems Heroma and Raindance is an advantage. If you have actively worked as an instructor with Bergen and/or CPR, this is also an advantage.

Personal qualities

We are looking for someone who is structured and takes an active responsibility for achieving the unit's goals and visions. You have good collaboration skills, are flexible, and initiate and drive change within the unit. As a person, you are communicative, work to maintain a good work environment, and strive to develop the staff group. You are clear and motivating in your leadership and provide staff with opportunities to grow through feedback and follow-up. You have the ability to understand and solve complex problems and quickly adapt to situations that arise in the department.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
