We are now looking for a conversation therapist at Doktor.se Väsby Läkargrupp Health Center who wants to help develop the future of primary care. We are looking for someone who is confident in their professional role and passionate about modern Swedish healthcare with a focus on patients.

About the role

As a conversation therapist, you will work with adults and children aged 6-17 with mild to moderate mental health issues. You will primarily work with children and young people, but we would like you to be open to working with adult patients 1-2 days a week.

Common reasons for seeking help include anxiety disorders, depression, stress-related health issues, sleep difficulties, and disruptive behaviors. You will work based on CBT with individual treatment contacts as well as limited psychoeducational interventions and parental support. We currently offer both physical and digital visits.

You will be part of our psychosocial team, which currently consists of three psychologists, a nurse, and a doctor. We have regular team meetings, external supervision, and ongoing development work.

About you

We are looking for someone who is engaged and responsible in their role. You are interested in treatment within a primary care context and enjoy working in an environment where you have the opportunity to influence and contribute with your own initiatives and innovative ideas. Furthermore, we see that you are attentive, clear, and passionate about making a difference together with your colleagues. We are looking for you with the following qualifications:

• Experience in clinical treatment work

• Experience working with children and young people aged 6-17

• You work with a CBT focus

• It is an advantage if you also have experience with other proven treatment methods such as FACT, MCT, MI, and UP.

• The position is a permanent employment at 80% working hours with an initial probationary period
