We have moved into completely newly renovated premises on the top floor of the building at Atlasmuren 3. The view is stunning, overlooking the Karlberg Canal and Kungsholmen. Over the past six months, we have developed our working methods and started receiving more and more patients, which is why we now need more colleagues. The position is perfect for you who want to work in a well-structured and evidence-based manner. If you wish to be involved in development work, there will also be excellent opportunities for that.
Description
We are looking for specialists who want to help drive a well-structured and patient-safe healthcare service.
You will have the opportunity to be involved in the development work at the clinic. The goal is to create and continuously develop a sustainable working method that benefits our patients and creates a good work environment.
The clinic receives patients with general psychiatric diagnoses. Patients with psychotic disorders, bipolar disorder type I, or those over 65 years of age are treated at other clinics.
We strive to apply measurement-based care with a focus on care processes.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Specialist in psychiatry. Experience in psychiatric outpatient care.
Merits:
Experience in supervising medical students and junior doctors. Interest in participating in the development of new working methods.
Personal skills/competencies
You are a stable person who maintains focus in stressful situations. You are flexible in the sense that you can adapt to changed circumstances when required.

Terms
Full-time, permanent position, start date according to agreement.

- A background check is applied before the decision on employment according to SLSO's general instructions for background checks at employment.
- Employees who will have patient contact must undergo a pre-employment medical examination, according to current directives, which is carried out through occupational health services before employment.
- In addition to a Swedish professional license, good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) is required. The same requirement is guiding for non-licensed staff with patient contact.
