About the Role

As a Team Leader, your primary task is to coach and work in daily care activities together with the team. This means you are a role model for your employees and, through your strong engagement, create a good working climate in the group every day. You will work during the day, evenings, and weekends.

• Close Leadership: This role exists in our organization to ensure close leadership and provide support. You have personnel and planning responsibility for your work group and are involved in developing and ensuring the quality of operations in accordance with Vardaga's concept. This is done by being present and supportive, answering questions, leading, giving feedback, and confirming your employees in their daily work. You have several team leader colleagues with whom you collaborate, discuss, and exchange experiences.

• Participation: As a Team Leader, you report to the Facility Manager and have the opportunity to influence through your participation in the local management group.

About Villa Näs

Villa Näs is located in one of the most beautiful parts of Österåker Municipality, with views over farmland and the meadows of Täljövik.

Villa Näs is a residential facility with a total of 60 places. The building is three stories high with two wards per floor and common areas on the ground floor. Villa Näs has 40 places for the elderly with dementia and 20 nursing care places.

• Activity Coordinator: We work structured with activities and have an activity coordinator who develops and carries out meaningful activities with our residents.

• Dementia Certification: We are a dementia-certified facility, which means that everyone working here is trained in dementia and care through the Dementia Academy. You will also undergo this training.

• Needs-based Scheduling: We apply a needs-based scheduling system. This means that you and your employees have the opportunity to influence working hours based on needs and wishes. We schedule in blocks of 10 weeks.

• Ung Omsorg (Young Care): We have a collaboration with the company Ung Omsorg. This means that a team of young people aged 14–18 visits us on weekends and holidays. Ung Omsorg does various activities together with us to add a golden touch to the lives of the residents.

Your Experience and Knowledge

You are a certified nurse assistant, have good computer skills, and speak and write fluent Swedish. Experience in elderly care and leadership is an asset for this role. We place great importance on personal suitability.
