Deputy Unit Manager for Ward M76

Do you want to lead and develop care for patients with psychotic disorders? We are looking for an engaged and structured Deputy Unit Manager for Ward M76.

About the Position:

As a Deputy Unit Manager, you play a central role in the daily operations. Ward M76 has 16 beds and receives patients with diagnosed psychotic disorders, individuals needing investigation and treatment for suspected psychotic disorders, as well as patients with newly onset psychotic disorders.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Managing the daily planning of operations
• Coaching and supporting staff
• Planning for professional development
• Driving improvement work within care and working methods

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a licensed nurse, preferably with specialist training in psychiatric care. You have experience in leadership and a strong commitment to operational development.

Good knowledge of Swedish and English is required. Educational experience and experience in quality and improvement work are advantageous.

Other:

You will be employed in your primary profession with a fixed-term assignment as Deputy Unit Manager with the possibility of extension. The position will be filled on the condition that it is not needed for internal relocation, according to applicable regulations.

For Patient-Centric Work within the Stockholm County Healthcare Area:

• Employees who will have patient contact must undergo a pre-employment health examination, according to applicable directives, which is conducted through occupational health services before employment.
• In addition to Swedish professional licensure, good knowledge of the Swedish language at level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) is required. The same requirements apply to non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
