As a nurse in our organization, you are a central link in the team. You lead the work in close collaboration with colleagues, healthcare centers, and our call center. The role is varied and includes both planned and emergency home visits, administrative responsibilities, and development work.

You will work according to a rotating schedule of days, evenings, and weekends (2 weekends out of 5) – based at our office at Turebergsvägen 5 in Sollentuna.

This is not a typical nursing job. Here you will:

• Be a central link in the team

• Combine clinical work, leadership, and administration

• Contribute to the development of routines and working methods

• Have close contact with healthcare centers and Aleris call center

Examples of tasks:

Daytime (weekdays)

• Assess referrals and ensure medical care based on patient safety.

• Collaborate with healthcare centers, in consultation with the unit manager and/or deputy unit manager.

• Be responsible for phone contacts with patients and our call center

Evenings and weekends

• Lead and distribute work within the clinical team

• Perform both planned and emergency home visits

• Ensure safe and secure care at home

We work on behalf of healthcare centers – often when they are closed. Our teams are based in five geographical locations in Stockholm County and cover a defined region. Aleris Basal home healthcare is part of Aleris Primary Care, which also includes ASIH, specialized palliative care departments, Rehab Station, and Uppsala Urgent Care.

We document in TakeCare and use Epsilon in the field. You will receive support from an administrative team that plans and organizes the work – so you can focus on the patients.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed nurse with at least two years of experience

• Has a B driver's license

• Has good computer skills and experience with TakeCare

• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Previous experience in home healthcare is highly meritorious.

• Employment form: Permanent employment starting with a 6-month probationary period

• Extent: Part-time 95.68%
