About the position

Meliva GYN Norrmalm/Östermalm consists of well-functioning gynecology clinics with high competence. The same team of employees works at both locations. During Q2, the Östermalm clinic will be phased out and integrated into the Norrmalm unit. There may be work at our other gynecological clinics located in Södermalm and Nacka during the summer period, Christmas holidays, school breaks, or as needed.

Here, gynecologists, nurses, nursing assistants, and urotherapists work closely together to meet our patients' needs in the best possible way. Our daily work is characterized by collegial support, continuous development, and high patient safety.

As a nurse with us, you will perform standard tasks within outpatient care, including telephone advice, booking, outpatient work, and other administration.

Responsibilities may include:

• Telephone advice and booking
• Booking from waiting lists, referrals.
• Reception work. Welcoming patients at the reception.
• Assisting doctors in the examination room
• Cleaning of examination rooms
• Medication management/orders
• Handling instruments such as washing and sterilizing materials
• Ordering medical supplies
• Collaboration with other professionals within the team for comprehensive care
• Active participation in quality and improvement work

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a registered nurse, preferably with experience in gynecological care.
• Is confident in your professional role, with a few years of experience and has a good ability to work independently, taking initiative.
• Has good communication skills, is empathetic, and treats patients professionally
• Is structured and responsible, yet flexible and solution-oriented
• Enjoys teamwork and contributes to a good work environment
• Is interested in participating in organizational development.

Meritorious: experience with TakeCare, 1177, Kuralink, WebDoc, TeleQ, and telephone advice.

About the employment

Scope: Full-time. Monday-Friday. Off on public holidays.

Employment type: Permanent or as agreed

Location: Norrmalm/Östermalm.

Salary: As agreed

Start date: As agreed, preferably as soon as possible.
