Your qualifications

Requirements:

• Licensed nurse with the right to practice within Swedish healthcare.
• At least 3 years of professional experience as a nurse.
• You must be able to present an acceptance letter for studies in anesthesia, operating room, or intensive care nursing with a start date no later than Autumn 2026.

Employment type

Permanent employment in anesthesia, surgery, or intensive care. You will start with a paid specialist education which will then transition into a position as a specialist nurse under the 24/7 agreement.

As a nurse in 24/7 operations, working time agreements apply with the possibility of a retention bonus (in time) and reduced weekly working hours for night shifts. If you work compressed weekends and more scheduled nights, you also have the possibility to earn additional time that can be taken as leave, paid out, or allocated to pension savings.
