We are currently looking for a Registered Nurse for our Home Healthcare service in Håbo Municipality!

About the workplace

As a nurse with us, you will work with basic and partly advanced healthcare for the municipality's residents aged 17 and above. Your assignment includes home healthcare as well as, during on-call hours, Säbo, short-term housing, and LSS services. Some evening shifts and working every 6th weekend are included. You will collaborate in teams with other professional groups within care and welfare. The operations are based in Bålsta and surrounding areas, operating from Sjövägen 14.

Your tasks

You are the hub in the work around the patient, making assessments and decisions based on the patient's needs. You work in close collaboration with nursing staff and rehabilitation personnel, maintaining frequent contact with health centers and other healthcare providers. The work includes practical tasks as well as delegation of nursing staff and administrative duties.

Qualifications

We are looking for a licensed registered nurse with a few years of experience in the profession. You must have good knowledge of the Swedish language and a good ability to communicate both verbally and in writing. The ability to independently organize and prioritize work is a fundamental trait, as is good teamwork skills and a solution-focused mindset. Since we travel by car, a driver's license is a requirement. Previous experience working in Håbo Municipality is an asset.
