We are looking for a night nurse for our ASIH team in central Stockholm, Lidingö, and Solna.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a knowledgeable workgroup with an established team collaboration. We have extensive experience in palliative care and advanced home healthcare.

The entire area of operation consists of ASiH teams based in central Stockholm, Täby, and Norrtälje, as well as specialized palliative inpatient care at our two departments at Roslagens Hospital in Norrtälje and Byle Gård in Täby. We work on behalf of Region Stockholm. We have close cooperation between the teams, but your placement will primarily be at ASIH Forenede Care at Sophiahemmet. Our night group collaborates and shares responsibility for the patients enrolled in the team based at Sophiahemmet and the teams based in Täby.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Standard duties as a nurse within palliative care and advanced home healthcare. The work is carried out in collaboration with doctors, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, social workers, and dietitians. All professions participate in the planning around the patient.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a registered nurse, preferably with specialized training in palliative care, oncology care, or DSK. Experience in similar operations is an advantage.

We see that you have an interest in palliative care.

The work requires that you can work in a team but also independently and flexibly.

You have a good demeanor and an empathetic approach. Personal suitability is important to us.
