About Kry's Health Center Älta Hi! I'm Jenny, and I am the deputy operations manager and district nurse here at the health center. I am driven by creating a workplace where we not only do the job but develop how the job is done. Here, it is just as natural to ask for help as it is to contribute ideas. We are a team of approximately 30 people and have 13,000 listed patients. We also have a home care service with 80 registered patients and a Child Health Center (BVC) with 750 children. The health center is located in Älta, and what sets us apart is a wonderful group of colleagues and an environment where you get the chance to develop and grow.

What you actually do You meet patients with a wide range of complaints – at the clinic, digitally, and in clinical assessments. The focus here is on independent assessments, clinical responsibility, and direct patient work, not sitting in long phone queues or getting stuck in administrative triage. You are a central part of the care and work both independently and in teams where both aspects are equally important. You make medical assessments, prioritize, and drive patient cases from start to finish.

You are a licensed district nurse. You take responsibility and get things done. You thrive in change and see it as fun. You deliver high-quality care and put the patient first, not just as a buzzword but in practice every day.

Practical Information

Start: During 2026, when it suits us both. Scope: Full-time Working hours: Daytime 08:00–17:00, remote work possible one day/week.
