We are now looking for a specialist psychologist in clinical psychology who wants to help develop care for people with gender dysphoria within ANOVA at Karolinska University Hospital.

About the position
ANOVA is a multidisciplinary organization with an interdisciplinary approach within andrology, sexual medicine, and transmedicine. Our mission is to prevent sexual and reproductive ill health, sexual violence, as well as to investigate and treat people with gender dysphoria. Here, doctors, nurses, biomedical analysts, psychologists, psychotherapists, social workers, and administrative staff work together in multidisciplinary teams. Many of our employees also have sexological and sexual medical competence.
As a specialist psychologist, you will primarily work in our transmedical team. In addition to usual psychological tasks, such as investigation of gender dysphoria, diagnostics, and to some extent treatment, you will play an important role in the continued development of the organization.
Your main tasks include:
- Conducting psychological investigations regarding gender dysphoria
- Being responsible for in-depth investigations in complex cases
- Contributing to diagnostics and, to some extent, psychological treatment
- Providing supervision and consultation to colleagues
- Participating in development and quality assurance work
- Collaborating with other professions within the multidisciplinary team
The position is a fixed-term full-time appointment for 12 months.

Qualifications
Requirements:
- Licensed psychologist with specialist education in clinical psychology
- Experience working in psychiatry with a focus on investigation
- Experience working in transmedicine
