Working hours and employment percentage: Night shift, 20:45–07:15. Rolling three-week schedule. Employment percentage: 67.44%.

Salary: According to agreement, other benefits are paid according to the collective agreement.

Start date: August 18.

Job Description

As an assistant nurse at Humana Norrgårdshöjden, you have a varied job where you, among other things, plan and carry out weekly planning, handle medication, and plan activities. You document and handle any deviations daily. Together with colleagues, you divide tasks and communicate with HSL staff such as licensed practical nurses (SSK), rehabilitation staff, and the on-call nurse.

Examples of tasks:

• Be the contact person and be responsible for your clients' weekly planning and implementation plans.
• Follow up on your clients' weekly planning and implementation plans.
• Receive delegation of medication from the licensed practical nurse (SSK).
• Ensure good night sleep.
• Handle documentation and deviations.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are a team player – a person who is responsible and enjoys working both independently and in a group. You have the ability to see the big picture and are not afraid to take initiative. You are accustomed to documentation and work with quality as a keyword. Experience in person-centered work is meritorious, and we believe it is important that you are a relationship builder with good cooperation skills and a positive outlook.

We are looking for you who:

• Are trained as an assistant nurse or have equivalent work experience.
• Have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.
• Are accustomed to working night shifts.

It is meritorious if you have:

• Experience working in elderly care or home help services.
• Experience working with people with dementia.
• Experience in operations run by private operators.

A prerequisite for starting employment with us at Humana is that you, as an applicant, can present a valid ID document and any documents proving the right to work in Sweden.
