OAK Health & Performance is looking for a licensed occupational therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Kista. You will work with assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation within primary care rehabilitation, both at the clinic and primarily in the patient's home environment.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed occupational therapist
• Thrives in both independent and team-based work
• Wants to contribute to the development of an innovative rehabilitation service
• Has a genuine commitment to the patient's function, activity, and quality of life
• Holds a valid driver's license (Category B)
