Welcome to Pharmacy Viggen – a personal and professional pharmacy located on Herserudsvägen in Lidingö.

The pharmacy is directly adjacent to a health center, which gives us a steady and stable customer flow with both prescription customers and self-care customers. Here you meet both returning customers and patients from the health center, creating variation in the workday and good opportunities to use your pharmaceutical competence.

The location is easily accessible by public transport – only one bus stop from Ropsten, or by boat via Lidingöbanan and pier. This makes it easy to get here whether you come from the city or nearby suburbs. If you drive to work, there are staff parking spaces available outside the pharmacy.

The working hours for this position are within the local pharmacy's opening hours: weekdays 09.00-19.00, Saturdays 10.00-15.00, Sundays Closed.

Our pharmacists always work with care, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. In your role with us, you contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us. In your role, you handle counseling, prescription dispensing, and self-care, and take responsibility for safety and service in every customer interaction.

You are an important part of our team and contribute daily to providing each customer with a professional and safe response – whether it concerns prescription dispensing, self-care counseling, or support in medication issues.

• Provide professional advice and create added value in every customer interaction, with care and understanding of people's different needs.

• Contribute to patient safety and quality in everything you do, so that our customers can feel safe with us.

• Stay updated on our product range and our campaigns, to provide customers with the best possible assistance.

• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the workday and the customer experience at our pharmacy.

For this position, you need to be a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician, with a clear interest in people, health, and medications.

• We are looking for someone who is a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician, with a genuine commitment to people, medications, and counseling.

• You have at least 1 year of experience from a retail pharmacy and thrive in an environment where you can combine service with professional responsibility.

• You have experience in prescription dispensing and customer interactions in both self-care and prescription channels.

• You have a particular interest in customer interaction and patient safety, and you enjoy contributing to a positive overall experience for each customer.

• You are meticulous, responsible, and enjoy collaborating in a smaller team where everyone helps each other.
