We are currently looking for several hourly nurse assistants, preferably with a protected title. Do you have long experience working in a nursing home but no protected title? Apply anyway; perhaps you are the right person for us.

Job Responsibilities
At Kavat Vård, we have a strong sense of community and strive together to live up to our values every day, both in our interactions with residents, in leadership, and with each other. As a nurse assistant, you and your colleagues plan the workday based on the residents' individual needs and wishes. Creating a homely atmosphere and a meaningful daily life for the residents are important parts of the job.

You provide the best care and brighten the days for our elderly. In addition to care duties, the role includes cleaning, laundry, kitchen work, and participating in or leading activities. You focus on what is best for the resident, and this permeates everything you do. You are also skilled at planning and collaborating with your colleagues.

Qualifications
We are looking for you who are a nurse assistant with a protected professional title and have experience working in elderly care. We place great importance on attitude, communication, and interpersonal skills, so very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is essential.

We would prefer that you have experience with delegation of medication.

All documentation is done in the journal system Safe Doc, so good computer skills are necessary.
