About Kavat Vård
Kavat Vård offers elder care with different focuses and profiles. Our operations are located in municipalities in Stockholm County that have implemented choice reforms.

We believe in the individual's right to choose and want to offer clear concepts, such as animals & nature, hotel concept, All-inclusive, Well-being, and/or language profile.

Krögaren and Muraren are two elder care facilities in central Rimbo where residents have the opportunity to move in with their pets. The facilities have a total of 46 places, and we have both dementia and somatic wards. We are looking for you who have high demands on service and treatment and who want to give that "little extra" to our residents.

Job Responsibilities
At Kavat Vård, we have a strong sense of community and together we strive to live up to our values every day, both in the meeting with residents and in leadership and teamwork. In the role of assistant nurse, you and your colleagues plan the workday based on the residents' individual needs and wishes. Creating a homely atmosphere and a meaningful everyday life for the residents are important parts of the work.

Qualifications
We are looking for you who are an assistant nurse or healthcare assistant and who have experience working in elder care. We place great emphasis on treatment, communication, and contact management; therefore, it is very important that you have very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

All our documentation is done in the journal system Safe Doc, so good computer skills and familiarity are therefore necessary.
