About the role

Meliva Health Centre Bagarmossen is a well-functioning health center with a broad primary care operation. Here, doctors, nurses, district nurses, nursing assistants, and psychologists work in close collaboration to meet our patients' needs in the best possible way. Our daily work is characterized by collegial support, continuous development, and high patient safety.

As a nurse with us, you will perform standard tasks within basic home care. The work includes both urgent and scheduled visits, as well as collaboration with the clinic when needed.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Assessment and counseling via phone, chat, and home visits.
  • Responsibility for your own home care group.
  • Wound care, vaccinations, lifestyle counseling, and chronic disease coordination.
  • Collaboration with other professions within the team for holistic care.
  • Active participation in quality and improvement work.

What we offer you

  • A values-driven organization with the patient in focus
  • Collegial support and collaboration in an engaged team
  • Opportunities to develop both your own skills and the organization's working methods
  • Clear introduction and continuous competence development
  • Flexible working hours and a pleasant work environment with easy access to public transport

We are looking for you who:

  • Are a licensed nurse, preferably with experience from primary care and home care
  • Are confident in your professional role and have a good ability to independently assess patient needs
  • Have good communication skills, are empathetic, and treat patients professionally
  • Are structured and responsible, yet flexible and solution-oriented
  • Enjoy teamwork and contribute to a good working climate

Meritorious: experience with TakeCare, vaccinations, or health conversations.
