Employment Type: Permanent, with a six-month probation period
Working Hours and Part-time/Full-time: Daytime Monday to Friday, 100% or according to agreement
Salary: We apply individual salary setting, other benefits according to collective agreement

Job Description
As an occupational therapist, you will work based on the individual's wishes and needs to best promote a healthy daily life. In the role, you will help maintain and develop the individual's physical, cognitive, and social abilities. You will supervise nursing staff in tasks within the profession, handle documentation and deviations.
Examples of tasks:
Supervise nursing staff in tasks within the profession
Risk and functional assessments and follow-up
Fitting and prescribing assistive devices
Participate in team meetings and care planning
Risk assessments related to the work environment
Map residents' wishes and needs for activities
Who are you?
We are looking for you who have a genuine interest in working in elderly care where you daily contribute to creating a meaningful life for our elderly. You are a customer-focused, service-oriented, and creative person who easily builds relationships and has good collaboration skills. For the role, it is required that you are a licensed occupational therapist, preferably with experience in elderly care.
A prerequisite for starting employment with us at Humana is that you, as an applicant, can present a valid ID and any documents proving the right to work in Sweden.
We are looking for someone who:
Is educated and licensed as an occupational therapist
Has knowledge of documenting in medical record systems (ICF)
Has good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
It is an advantage if you have:
Experience working in elderly care or home help services
Experience working with people with dementia
