Are you an experienced dietitian looking to work remotely for a period? Then this job is for you.

About the workplace

Gustavsberg University Health Centre is one of Sweden's largest and most development-oriented health centres. Värmdö Rehab is part of the health centre, where approximately 35 employees work, including three dietitians. We have a strong focus on teamwork, method development, and collaboration – both within the health centre and with other actors.

Job Responsibilities

One of our dietitians is moving on to new challenges, and we are therefore looking for a licensed dietitian to replace her. Currently, there is a shortage of dietitians in Stockholm, so we are looking for an experienced dietitian who is interested in working remotely via video consultations and other tasks that do not require physical presence.

In primary care, there is a wide variation in patients' diagnoses and ages, making the work both varied and challenging. To work exclusively remotely, you must be experienced and able to work independently, as you will not have access to colleagues on-site. You need to be good at collaborating with other professions, as we have close cooperation with home care services, the elderly clinic at the health centre, as well as Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (BUP) and Adult Mental Health (BUMM).

Qualifications

Personal qualities:

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is engaged, innovative, and solution-oriented
  • Is structured and good at planning your work
  • Is efficient in administrative tasks
  • Has good collaboration skills and a professional attitude
  • Is confident in your role and wants to contribute to the development of the operations
  • Enjoys sharing your expertise

Requirements:

Licensed dietitian with experience from primary care or similar operations.

Merits:

Experience working digitally. Preferably experience in developing digital visits regarding content, structure, documentation, etc.

We offer:

  • Flexible hours and the opportunity to influence your working times
  • Wellness allowance (5,000 SEK/year)
  • Free healthcare up to the high-cost ceiling
  • Individual salary setting
  • A workplace with a clear focus on quality and development

Employment Type

Fixed-term employment for 6 months, hourly basis up to full-time. Monthly employment may become relevant after evaluation, as this is a project to test full remote employment.

Start date by agreement.

Probation period may apply.

Application

Welcome to submit your application today! Interviews are held continuously during the advertising period.

The position will be filled provided it does not need to be taken for internal reassignment, according to current regulations.

For patient-facing work within the Stockholm County Council (SLSO):

  • Requirements include, in addition to a Swedish professional license, good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). The same requirements are guiding for non-licensed staff with patient contact.
