We are a health center located in newly renovated premises, centrally situated on Södermalm in inner-city Stockholm, with easy access to the subway, buses, and commuter trains. Together, we are responsible for home healthcare serving approximately 200 patients, and we are now in an exciting phase of development. We are looking for you who want to be involved in improving and developing our processes within home healthcare.
Here, you will become part of a competent team consisting of specialized doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, and administrative staff. Our team-based working method gives you the opportunity for close collaboration across professional boundaries, providing broadened knowledge and a holistic perspective on the care chain.
Your RoleAs a district nurse/registered nurse in home healthcare, you will have a coordinating and leading role in providing support and care for patients in their homes.
Together with a nursing assistant, you will be responsible for clinical work, including patient visits at home.
Work with administration and coordination to ensure that patient needs are met.

We are looking for you who are a licensed registered nurse, preferably with further education as a district nurse. Experience working in home healthcare is highly meritorious.

You have a good attitude and find it easy to communicate with both patients and colleagues. Attention to detail and structure are a natural part of your working style, and you want to actively contribute to continuous improvement in the operations.
You enjoy working in a team and have good collaboration skills. You are fluent in Swedish, both in speech and writing. It is meritorious if you have experience with the medical record systems TakeCare and LifeCare, as well as prescription rights for medication and medical aids.
