Handen Health Centre is growing and we now need to expand our staff with a full-time nurse. We are looking for you who are engaged, driven, and value good collaboration skills, and who want to provide high-quality care.

Handen Health Centre also includes Haninge Rehab, Dalarö Primary Care Clinic, and Haninge Child Health Centre (BVC).

Do you want to be part of our lovely group and believe in good collaboration with plenty of laughter? Then you are welcome to join us. If you are also interested in business development, these qualities will come in handy, as the workplace constantly strives to improve its working environment and processes. Together, we carry out our mission and develop our operations in a pleasant environment.

Our clinic is located in a beautiful archipelago municipality and has just over 21,000 registered patients. There are good transport links, approx. 20 minutes from Stockholm city centre. Collaboration with other healthcare providers such as the municipality, relatives, and inpatient care is important to us and is part of our daily work.

Here, nurses, district nurses, and assistant nurses work together with doctors. We have an open dialogue and close teamwork in all patient contact.

As an employee with us and in Stockholm County Council, there are good opportunities for development and education. We offer various benefits, such as free outpatient healthcare and wellness subsidies.

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a colleague for our home care team, which consists of nurses, assistant nurses, and a specialist doctor. We can offer varied work with independent responsibility and good, close collaboration with the rest of the team. Our home care patients live in the local area, and we visit them on foot, by car, and by bicycle.

As a nurse, it is important to be able to notice changes in the patient's condition, evaluate, and report to the rest of the team. We document in Take Care. We also collaborate with relatives, the municipality, and inpatient care, which are other important healthcare providers around the patient.

Qualifications

Licensed nurse or district nurse. Experience in primary care and the medical record systems Take Care and Tele Q are meritorious. A B-class driver's license is required.

Personal Attributes

We are looking for you who have a positive attitude and contribute to a good working environment. You need to be easy to collaborate with but also able to take independent responsibility. You should be service-oriented and able to give "that little extra" to the patients you meet. The workload may vary, which requires flexibility, the ability to prioritize, and a structured approach to work. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Employment Type:

Permanent position, full-time 100%. Probationary period may apply.

Other Information

We will continuously review applications and may call for interviews before the final application deadline, or possibly after the summer holiday period.

Welcome with your application!

The position will be filled subject to it not being needed for internal reassignment, according to current regulations.
