About Värmdö Tandvård

The clinic is located in Hälsans Hus (The House of Health), a detached house from the 1950s where other healthcare activities are also conducted in adjacent premises. The operations at Hälsans Hus consist of three treatment rooms, with a sister clinic on Östermalm in central Stockholm.

The team at Värmdö Tandvård consists of six employees providing dental care in an environment characterized by collaboration, presence, and a great commitment to the long-term health of patients. The clinic has a broad range of treatments and collaborates with specialists when needed. The work environment is described as listening, motivating, and supportive.

About the Role

As a General Dentist, you will work with standard tasks within general dentistry.

The role involves independent, assisted patient work where you have good opportunities to influence and shape your workday. You will work in a bright and spacious treatment room with several windows and a nice view. The clinic has digital equipment such as OPG, intraoral scanner (3shape), io camera, and microscope.

Here, the focus is on quality, caring care, and a personal approach.

We are looking for you who

• Have a Swedish professional license as a dentist (issued by the National Board of Health and Welfare)
• Can speak and write Swedish fluently
• Have at least 7 years of clinical experience as a dentist. Longer continuous experience from the same workplace is meritorious

An important part of the work with us is a warm and pleasant patient approach that creates trust in the meeting with the patient. You have good cooperation skills and enjoy working together with colleagues. At the same time, you have the ability to work independently and take responsibility for your own work. You communicate clearly and professionally in both speech and writing.

We are looking for you who are relationship-building and understand the importance of building long-term patient relationships. You are solution-oriented and enjoy a varied workday where you meet motivated patients with small as well as large treatment needs.

Furthermore, you are confident in your professional role, can make decisions, and communicate your assessments clearly, even in complex situations.

• Scope: 50–100%
• Start: According to agreement
• Working hours: 08:00–17:00 according to agreement
