About Us
The Urgent Care Clinic cares for both children and adults who sustain injuries or fall suddenly ill. We are open every day from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM and offer services including X-rays and blood sampling. Here you will work in a dynamic environment where you encounter a broad patient flow and varying medical conditions.
The Urgent Care Clinic helps adults and children with issues such as:
- Suspected fractures
- Suspected concussion
- Suspected blood clot
- Wound injuries
- Sudden stomach pain
- Acute allergic reactions.
Your Role
This is a combined role where you work 50% clinically as a nurse and 50% as Deputy Operations Manager. You work closely with the Operations Manager and play a central role in both daily operations and strategic development. You are part of the management team and actively contribute to the development and strategic work of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Support the Operations Manager in leading and developing the business
- Responsible for parts of personnel management, such as staffing, onboarding, and follow-up
- Work clinically as a nurse and contribute to daily patient care
- Monitor the organization's goals, quality, and results
- Drive improvement and development work
- Ensure that operations are conducted in accordance with current laws, guidelines, and agreements
- Participate in budgeting and resource planning
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (required)
- Experience in clinical work within healthcare (required), emergency care (meritorious)
- Experience in management, coordination, or development work (meritorious)
- Good knowledge of healthcare regulations
- Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

About You
We are looking for you who are a registered nurse with clinical experience and an interest in leadership and business development. Experience in a leading or coordinating role is meritorious. You have good knowledge of healthcare regulations and very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
As a person, you are structured, responsible, and solution-oriented with good judgment and confidence in your professional role. You have a strong commitment to both patients and employees, are communicative, and have good collaboration skills. You thrive in a role where you can combine clinical work with leadership and actively contribute to a positive and developmental work environment.
