Job Description
As a nurse at Humana Björnö, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, following up, and evaluating care measures. You are also an important part of the operation's and your colleagues' competence development, as you will, when necessary, educate and mentor the care staff.

Examples of Tasks

• Perform independent assessments, medical treatments, and care interventions
• Handle and follow up on documentation and deviations
• Participate in the move-in process of new residents and be responsible for delegating health and medical care tasks
• Mentoring and competence development of the care staff

About the Employment

Working hours and degree of employment: We staff with our own nurses during daytime Monday to Sunday, and you work every third weekend. Degree of employment 100%.

Salary: Salary is determined by agreement, and other benefits are according to the collective agreement.

Start date: According to agreement

Who are you?

For this position, you must be a registered nurse, preferably with experience from elderly care. As a person, you are unpretentious, solution-oriented, organized, and responsible. You have a positive outlook and thrive working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. To thrive and succeed in the role, we would like you to be good at building relationships and have strong collaboration skills.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a registered nurse
• Has knowledge of documentation in medical record systems (ICF)
• Has good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience working in elderly care or home care services
• Experience working with people with dementia
• Experience with operations run by private operators
• Experience with documentation work

A prerequisite for starting employment with us at Humana is that you, as an applicant, can present a valid ID and any documents proving the right to work in Sweden.
