Evenings are an important time for our clients. It is then that you create security, calmness, and a nice end to the day. You are not just there to help – you are there to see, listen, and be present when it is truly needed.

We offer meaningful evening work where your care, knowledge, and calmness make a difference, both for our clients and for you as a professional. As a nursing assistant or caregiver in home care, you will work closely with our clients in their own homes. You will work independently with clients, but with clear planning, collegial support, and access to administrative staff who facilitate everyday life.

As a nursing assistant in home care, you will have a central role in our clients' lives, and your tasks will vary depending on each individual's needs. Here are examples of what you can expect to work with:

• Personal care - Assist with personal hygiene and dressing.

• Social support and conversation - Provide companionship, create security, and give clients the feeling of not being alone.

• Supervision and assistance as needed - Be a support in handling various situations, such as during transfers.

• Practical tasks - Assist with shopping, meals, and other tasks that can facilitate the client's daily life.

• Documentation - Carefully document the support and care you provide, in accordance with assistance decisions and implementation plans.

• Emergency alarms – respond quickly to urgent needs from clients who have alerted. We work on behalf of Vallentuna municipality and are responsible for both regular home care tasks and handling emergency alarms between 07:00 and 22:00. This means a varied assignment with both planned and more urgent interventions.

To fit in with us, we see that you have the following qualities and qualifications:

• Nursing assistant education (Preferred) – you are trained and experienced in your field.

• Fluent in Swedish – you master Swedish both verbally and in writing and have the ability to document professionally.

• Driving license (Highly preferred) – you are an experienced driver and can navigate well in traffic to visit our clients in their homes.

• Stress-resistant and responsible – you handle pressured situations with calmness and determination.

• Independent – you enjoy working independently but are also a team player when needed.

• Empathetic and attentive – you have a genuine desire to help and understand that each client has their own needs and wishes.

• Communicative – you find it easy to communicate and collaborate with both clients and colleagues.

• Flexible and solution-oriented – you are used to working in an environment where no day is the same and have the ability to adapt to clients' needs.

• Meticulous and responsible – you have a high quality awareness and take responsibility for your work and results.

Working hours: Monday – Friday and every other weekend. Working time: 15:30 - 22:00. Workplace: You will start from our office in Täby Kyrkby, working in both Täby Kyrkby and within Vallentuna Municipality. We believe you live nearby to facilitate your commute.
