Do you have experience in home care, home health care, or emergency medical services? Are you ready for new challenges in a role where independence, responsibility, and care are in focus? Then you might be the one we are looking for to join our dedicated team in Täby Kyrkby.

You will work to provide customers with the assistance they are entitled to according to care decisions and individual implementation plans. Examples of job responsibilities:

• Personal hygiene – assistance with showering, toilet visits, and other personal care.

• Meal support – assistance with preparation, serving, and feeding if needed.

• Supervision & companionship – create security and contribute to the customer's social context.

• Dressing & undressing – practical support with changing clothes.

• Home support – for example, laundry and other household chores.

• Emergency alarms – quickly respond to urgent needs from customers who have triggered alarms. We work on behalf of Vallentuna municipality and are responsible for both regular home care tasks and handling emergency alarms between 07:00 and 22:00. This means a varied assignment with both planned and more urgent interventions.

To fit in with us, we see that you have the following qualities and qualifications:

• Care assistant education (meritorious) – you are educated and experienced in your field.

• Fluent in Swedish – you master Swedish both in speech and writing and can document professionally.

• B driver's license (highly meritorious) – you are a safe driver and used to navigating traffic.

• Stress-resistant & responsible – you handle pressured situations calmly and decisively.

• Independent – you enjoy working independently but are also a team player when needed.

• Empathetic & attentive – you have a genuine desire to help and understand that each customer has their own needs and wishes.

• Communicative – you find it easy to communicate and collaborate with both customers and colleagues.

• Flexible & solution-oriented – you are used to working in an environment where no day is the same.

• Meticulous & responsible – you have a high quality awareness and take responsibility for your work.

• Digitally savvy – you have experience working with mobile phones and documentation in digital systems.

Work schedule: Monday – Sunday. For this position, we offer a part-time employment. Working hours: 07:25 – 15:30 | 15:30-22:00 Workplace: You will start from our office in Täby Kyrkby, and the work takes place around Täby Kyrkby and in Vallentuna municipality. We believe that you live nearby to facilitate your commute to and from work.
