We are looking for interested individuals who want to maintain a high standard and customer satisfaction in their work. In the role of Service Manager, you will primarily work with repairs, case management, and follow-up. You should stay updated on consumer rights and have the ambition to review routines and guidelines to deliver even better service and customer experience. To take on this role, you need to be meticulous and structured, have very good knowledge of hardware and troubleshooting methods. Main tasks: (Mainly, but not exclusively)

  • Responsible for the daily operation of service/repair
  • Perform troubleshooting/repair of computers
  • Customer feedback
  • Evaluate and possibly develop new routines to streamline workflow
  • Assembly of computers
  • Stay updated on external guidelines and laws, and ensure that routines and guidelines are followed

The job takes place on-site in Upplands Väsby/Bredden.

This position is a permanent employment.

Start date is as soon as possible.
