Are you an analytical and structured Business Controller with a passion for Operational Excellence? We are looking for someone who wants to contribute to development, improvement, and governance in a global R&D organization where your work makes a real difference.

In the role of Business Controller, you will be part of a global management team within R&D and be responsible for driving and supporting the organization’s financial processes – from financial planning and budgeting to follow-up and reporting. You are an important partner to management and work closely with the business to create insights, make decisions, and contribute to continuous improvements.

An experienced and independent controller with strong analytical skills and a solid business focus. You thrive on taking initiative, making quick decisions, and communicating clearly. You inspire and motivate others while thinking creatively and finding solutions even in complex situations.

• Several years (8–10+) of experience in controlling

• High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI

• Good understanding of EPM Cloud and SAP

• Relevant academic degree, e.g., Master of Business Administration, Industrial Economics, or equivalent

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Start: November 17, 2025

• End: June 30, 2026

• Scope: 100%

• Location: On-site in Södertälje (no remote work)
