About the position As a claims advisor at Bilia's repair shop, the central task is to work with service, customer interaction, and advice. Your responsibilities will include handling customer bookings such as service and administrative tasks. You will work according to the claims process, which involves receiving customers, scheduling appointments, booking rental cars for customers, invoicing, damage assessments, calculating estimates for insurance companies, and handing over vehicles. You will also be responsible for planning work in Cabplan for each Damage Technician.

Your profile We need someone with knowledge of cars and car repairs. We prefer candidates with experience as a claims estimator/claims advisor, mechanic, or damage repairer and a good understanding of all workshop processes. Technical education in automotive engineering and documented experience in the automotive industry is highly meritorious.

Qualifications To succeed in this role, it is important to have a good sense of service and the attitude to always look for solutions. You strive to create good relationships with both customers and colleagues. Since the tasks are numerous and involve some planning and administration, it is important that you can prioritize and be structured and meticulous in your work approach. Experience working with Cabas as well as using a phone and computer as work tools is required. A B driver's license is a must, and you must be proficient in Swedish both spoken and written.
