We are currently looking for two IT Support Technicians at 50% each for varying hours for our client.

A government agency responsible for managing and developing properties of national interest, including historical buildings, cultural environments, and important government facilities across the country.

You will work as a first-line support technician, assisting users via phone, email, or on-site with IT-related issues. Your tasks will also include case registration, account management in Active Directory, and troubleshooting in Windows environments and applications. The assignment takes place on-site in central Stockholm. Main user-facing support tasks include:

• Account activation
• Password management
• Imports and exports
• Receiving cases via phone and case management systems.
• Providing user support regarding IT-related issues via phone or on-site

At least 1 year of experience in IT support

• Experience in providing user support for commonly used software.
• Experience working in case management systems

Swedish citizenship

• Security clearance will be conducted as the work involves security protection
