About the position
We at Olivia are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant at 45% for our client living in Tyresö.
The working hours are scheduled as follows:
- 09:00 AM - 02:00 PM
- 02:00 PM - 08:30 PM
- 03:30 PM - 08:30 PM
- 08:30 PM - 06:30 AM (waiting time of about 9 hours during the night)
The working hours apply to both weekdays and weekends, but night shifts occur only on weekdays.
Start date is according to agreement, and we would like to see that you can start training immediately.
About the client
Our client is a 12-year-old boy with Cerebral Palsy. He lives with his family and dog in a villa in Trollbäcken.
The tasks are as follows:
- Assist with daily routines
- Help with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals
- Assist with physical training, play, and other activities
- Assist with communication
Are you the one we are looking for?
We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with people and can analyze the needs of others. Furthermore, you should be attentive, proactive, solution-oriented, and engaged. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a personal assistant
- You are tolerant of pets and have good experience with dogs
- You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
- Non-smoker
Merits:
- Driver's license and access to a car to get to the workplace
- Care education or equivalent
Employment rate: 1 position, 45%
Start date: Interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
