About the assignment

We are now looking for driven and motivated employees for a consulting assignment via Bemannia to the Swedish National Agency for Education - a valuable opportunity for you to make a contribution to the Swedish school system. You will be part of a team providing support for the digital national tests that take place continuously throughout the year, except during the summer and Christmas holidays. As a support consultant, you will be an important link and contribute to the smooth execution of the tests by offering technical guidance to teachers and school staff.

This is a consulting assignment via Bemannia. The work is performed on-site at the Swedish National Agency for Education's premises in Solna Business Park during test periods and at times related to these. The need is greatest in March, May, October, and November, while it is less during the summer (no need in July) and Christmas holidays. Your working hours will vary but will be scheduled during office hours, Monday to Friday. Your tasks

• Answer user-guiding questions about the technical platform via phone to school staff during test periods
• Guide on technical issues related to the digital test platform based on manuals
• If necessary, forward cases to other groups within the support chain

Your qualifications

• At least six (6) months of work experience in IT support via phone
• Completed (optional) high school education or equivalent level
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing To thrive in the role, you should be service-oriented and pedagogical, stress-resistant, and have a solution-oriented and flexible approach, as well as have good structure and be meticulous.
