Your new role
We are now looking for a structured and committed Program Administrator for a socially important company in the energy sector. You will work in a central role supporting program and project managers in their daily work, focusing on administration, coordination, and follow-up. The assignment means that you will be an important part of creating structure and efficiency in ongoing projects that contribute to a stable and sustainable electricity system in Sweden.
Responsibilities:
- Create order and clarity through structured and meticulous administration with a high level of service
- Administer internal and external meetings such as program management and steering group meetings and write minutes from these
- Create and maintain effective routines regarding reporting and follow-up and assist and carry out reporting for the program
- File the program's documentation and decision documents from the projects
- Administration in support systems for documentation, finance, and project reporting
- Work with decision, case, and documentation management
- Be responsible for the overall administration of the program and internal communication flows
- Support the program manager in developing/streamlining the program's administration and internal governance.
To be successful in this role, you need:
- Completed secondary education
- At least 3 years of experience as a program or project administrator in a supportive role to project or program managers, preferably with multiple parallel projects
- Experience working in larger construction or infrastructure projects with many stakeholders and high demands for structure, safety, and timelines
- Good familiarity with administrative support systems and document management
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
Meritorious (value-added requirements):
- Post-secondary education of at least three years
- At least 3 years of work experience in public operations
- Experience working in the project tool Antura or similar project tools

Salary: According to agreement
Start: 2026-02-02
End: 2029-02-01, with the possibility of extension
