Job responsibilities

In the role of Customer Service Representative/Appointment Setter, your main task is to independently contact and engage new and existing customers by phone. You will work in a recommendatory manner, offering Audika's services in the form of appointment bookings for Audika's customers. Furthermore, you will respond to customer inquiries, document, update contact information, and log cases. You will closely collaborate with colleagues in the Contact Center, the marketing department, and Audika's clinics.

• Contact and engage customers

• Work proactively with appointment bookings

• Document and log in Audika's system

• You will be part of the Contact Center and work closely with the marketing department and Audika's hearing clinics

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Completed upper secondary education

• Work experience in sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting

• Good computer and system skills

• Proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

To thrive in this role, you are a positive and empathetic person with good communication skills who can handle outgoing calls with customers. You are self-driven and responsible with a results-oriented and goal-focused approach. You are interested in working in various systems, can manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and are a quick learner. Lastly, you are a team player who enjoys collaborating with others.
